If
you are a home user operating on either ADSL / Cable or Dial Up
access and are interested in conducting a trial or purchasing a
subscription to the MailWash service, it is important to make
sure that your current Internet Service Provider supports email
forwarding before you sign up to this product.
Email forwarding is a method by which your current email address
i.e.
home_user@bigpond.net.au is forwarded to an account on the
MailWash servers i.e.
home_user@mailwash.com.au
Clean mail is then collected from the MailWash servers using the
same email client program that you have been using to obtain
your email from your Internet Service Provider assigned servers.
If your Internet Service Provider does
not support email forwarding, you cannot make use of the
MailWash email filtering service.
